Sarah has always loved food and the way it brings people together. Her goal is to help people find food freedom and build a healthy relationship with food. There are many conflicting and complicated messages around nutrition and she is determined to help simplify it all. While in school, Sarah worked in a hospital nutrition department and various food service positions. She recently completed her internship where she got a variety of dietetic experience in clinical, food service, and community settings. Through years of education and hands on experiences, Sarah found her true passion is working with people and has chosen to begin her career providing one-on-one nutrition counseling. She believes in a non-diet approach, focusing on how food fits into a healthy and happy lifestyle. Sarah will work with her clients to reach their goals and realize food should fuel our lives not rule our lives!
In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, hanging out with her pets, hiking, going to the beach, and watching a good TV show.

Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maine, Orono
Certifications: Registered Dietitian and Licensed in the State of Maine.
